The Administrative and financial sciences department undertakes the mission to be a provider of quality education and knowledge in the fields of business through quality teaching, research and community service.
Guided by the Oman College of Management and Technology Policy and the requirements of OAAA, the department seeks to offer undergraduate and graduates business programs that connect theory to practice and engage students in active and collaborative learning.

Computer Science and MIS
The Department of Computer Science and Management Information System (CS&MIS) was established in the academic year 2004/2005 and offers bachelor and diploma degrees in CS and MIS. The department prepares students for the world of work and develop their self-confidence and problem-solving abilities. Also, it develops among students the awareness of the social, organizational, and professional context in which they will be working.

Department of Design
Interior spaces are diverse and need professional designers making the most of them. Design profession is a multi-faceted career in which creative and technical solutions are applied. In the light of the department of design Mission, vision and objectives, it aims at equipping the students to become a highly qualified career-oriented Designers. Therefore, specialized knowledge including design analysis, space planning, interior Construction, building codes, materials, and furnishings are the focus of the department. The department concentrate on the processes of designing a wide range of Interiors, from Residential to Commercial Projects. It aims at meeting the society requirements to achieve a better level of living standards through innovative, creative, and realistic responses to the environment and society requirements.

General Foundation Program
The GFP is a tri-semester program spanning 40 weeks of intensive English language training to students who want to pursue undergraduate studies in higher education institutions. The program effectively functions as a bridging course to prepare students for their higher studies. The program focuses on systematic and gradual development of skills acquisition as language is taught in a graded manner.

The mission of the GFP is to impart and equip the students with skills and knowledge in the fields of English, Information Technology, mathematics and study skills.
Department Vision
The programme seeks to improve the English language skills of the students to enable active participation in their post foundation academic programmes. The program also aims to provide an efficient pathway to an undergraduate degree programme for young non-English speaking students, whose academic achievements do not meet the entry requirements to undergraduate courses.
