As part of its efforts to enhance legal awareness in the community, the Ministry of Labor organized a workshop titled "Legal Insights on Omani Labor Law" in collaboration with Oman College of Management and Technology. This workshop was presented by legal researcher Nasr Al-Siyabi, who discussed the key laws and recent amendments related to the labor law issued by Royal Decree No. 53/2023.
The workshop was well attended by college staff and final-year students, who actively engaged with the presented content. Discussions focused on the significance of the new laws, their impact on the job market and their role in protecting workers rights and improving the work environment.
This workshop is part of the college's initiative to provide students and others with important legal knowledge, preparing them for the job market and supporting the Ministry of Labors plans to raise legal awareness among youth.
