In June 2024 with collaboration of Wali Barka Office, OMCT has hosted Innovation Hackathon’s under Barka Fort Night Festival.
Dialogue session on ‘Path of Innovation in Oman ’ was held under the auspices of Eng Masuod bin Said Al Hashmi Governor of Al Batina South and attended by OCMT Dean Dr Hazem Migdady , Sayyid Tariq bin Mahmoud Al Busaidy and number of officials from various sectors.
Also, a number of student from different schools and higher education institutes participated in the Hackathon and the exhibition for two days at OCMT. In addition, four workshops were carried out with an attendance of more than 550 to enhance their capabilities in the innovation sector.
Oman College of Management and Technology aims to strengthen the partnerships to achieve the common vision in South Al Batinah Government.
