A number of college students competed for the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, South Batinah Branch Award at the South Batinah level. The competing companies from the college were:

2. Sustainable Night
3. Re life
Valley Sensor company qualified for the final round, where the top three teams will be chosen. The company's concept was to use sensors installed in valley dams to notify nearby residents of high-water levels via an Internet-devoid application. The team consisted of college students Rahaf Al-Kiyumi, Quds Al-Khusaibi, Zuwaina Al-Muzaini, Hajar Al-Maawali, Aws al-Breiki, and Israa al-Saadi.
