Under the patronage of Sheikh Al-Mu'tasim Al-Siyabi, Deputy Wali of Al-Sib, the Al-Mu'baila Health Center, in partnership with Oman College of Administration & Technology, held an awareness campaign about the importance of pre-marital screening. The campaign also focused on genetic disorders and early detection of breast cancer.
The event saw a lot of student participation and positive feedback. It included talks and workshops that explained how pre-marital screening can help reduce the risk of genetic diseases. The importance of early breast cancer screening was also highlighted to encourage better health and prevent diseases.
Participants appreciated this initiative, recognizing its important role in raising health awareness among young people and the community. The campaign is designed to promote a culture of early screening and educate individuals about the need for regular check-ups to keep themselves and their families healthy.
In addition, teams from the Al-Mu'baila Health Center and Oman College of Administration &Technology plan to organize more awareness activities in the future to improve community health and increase understanding of important health topics.
