Oman College of Management & Technology participated in the Exhibition of Student Companies, featuring 60 student companies from the Injaz Oman Competition, held from March 21 to 23, 2024, at the Oman Convention & Exhibitions Centre. The college was represented by two student companies:
· Kodomo, a student company whose idea revolves around producing a device that analyzes the reasons behind a baby's crying using AI technology. This device considers the analysis of crying as a primary input for understanding the child's needs and is accompanied by an application that can be installed on the parent's mobile phone. Currently, the device can analyze five reasons for a baby's crying.
· Plan B, another student company, stands out for its idea of creating a station for renting phone chargers. This concept is complemented by an application that can be downloaded from the app store. The application features a map displaying the station's location, a digital wallet for payment, and three cables suitable for all types of mobile phones.
