The philosophy of education at OCMT stems from the student being the hub of the educational process. Since the college has identified a set of attributes that it aspires to achieve in each of its students, we in the Student Affairs Department assume this responsibility mainly, working according to clear plans to enhance students' personality, provide them with the necessary skills, and train and educate them in a scientific manner to support and enhance the knowledge they acquire in the academic aspect.تنطلق فلسفة التعليم في الكلية من اعتبار الطالب محور العملية التعليمية. وانطلاقًا من أن الكلية حدّدت مجموعة من السمات التي تطمح إلى تحقيقها في كل طالب من طلبتها، فإن قسم شؤون الطلبة يضطلع بهذه المسؤولية بصورة رئيسة، إذ يعمل وفق خطط واضحة لتعزيز شخصية الطلبة وتزويدهم بالمهارات اللازمة وتدريبهم وتثقيفهم بأسلوب علمي، بما يدعم المعرفة التي يكتسبونها في الجانب الأكاديمي ويعززها.

In this context, the department has worked to provide an integrated system that accommodates students' interests and directs them through the establishment of the Student Advisory Council, supported by a group of student clubs. The college has also devoted an important part of its capabilities to caring for students' mental and social health through the Social & Psychological Counselling Office and a clinic that provides health care. In the same context, the college has been keen to strengthen its relationship with its graduates through the Training and Career Guidance Office and the Alumni Follow-up Office.وفي هذا السياق، عمل القسم على توفير منظومة متكاملة تستوعب اهتمامات الطلبة وتوجّهها من خلال إنشاء المجلس الاستشاري الطلابي، تدعمه مجموعة من الأندية الطلابية. كما خصّصت الكلية جزءًا مهمًا من إمكاناتها للعناية بالصحة النفسية والاجتماعية للطلبة، من خلال مكتب الإرشاد النفسي والاجتماعي وعيادة تقدّم الرعاية الصحية. وفي السياق نفسه، حرصت الكلية على تعزيز علاقتها بخريجيها من خلال مكتب التدريب والتوجيه الوظيفي ومكتب متابعة الخريجين.
