Under the generous patronage of His Excellency Eng. Masoud bin Said Al Hashmi, Governor of South Al Batinah, Oman College of Management and Technology celebrated the graduation of its 18th batch on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. A total of 367 graduates from various academic disciplines and degrees offered by the college were honored during the ceremony.
The event began with several special segments, including a speech delivered by Dr. Hazem Muqdadi, Dean of the College, who reviewed the achievements of the college in recent years. He highlighted the significant development the college has undergone to meet the needs of the labor market across different academic levels. He also mentioned the college’s role in preparing students to meet the expectations of both local and regional sectors.
In a special moment, His Excellency Eng. Masoud Al Hashmi, the patron of the event, honored the outstanding students by awarding them commemorative gifts for being top in their respective academic disciplines. He then distributed the certificates to all the graduates. The former Dean of the college, Dr. Issam Al Faqih, was also honored for his valuable contributions to the college’s journey. The ceremony concluded with Mr. Hussein bin Mohammed Al Saleh presenting a commemorative gift to the patron, expressing the college’s gratitude for his support of the event.
His Excellency Eng. Masoud also took a commemorative photo with the 18th batch of graduates, expressing his great happiness with this academic achievement and wishing the college continued success and progress in achieving its future goals.
