Oman College of Management and Technology (OCMT) held its 2nd Student Exhibition in Interior Design from June 9th to 13th, 2024, under the patronage of HH Sayyida Meyyan bint Shihab bin Tariq Al Said.
The exhibition showcased the exceptional abilities of OCMT interior design students, presenting 22 3D models, 6 iron craft items, 3 cartoon projects, 56 artworks (26 in 2D Design and 30 in Drawing and Painting). An opening ceremony on June 9th introduced the exhibition, offering guided tours of student projects.
Beyond the exhibition, the event featured daily seminars and workshops delving into Omani heritage, traditional building techniques, and historical Omani architecture. Students interacted with visitors, sharing insights into their projects and methods.
OCMT's 2nd Student Exhibition in Interior Design provided a platform for students to showcase their creativity and design prowess. It fostered connections between students, industry professionals, community members, and potential employers. These interactions not only highlighted the students' capabilities but also fostered valuable connections that could benefit their future careers.
