College Participation in the "Young Employee Program" – Soft Skills Workshop

Organized by the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones, the college participated in the “Young Employee Program,” which was held in two phases on June 24 and July 1, 2025. Representing the college, the Head of the Student Affairs Department, Ms. Jihan Al-Adhubi, delivered a training workshop entitled “Soft Skills.” The workshop aimed to equip participants with a set of personal and interpersonal abilities that enable individuals to interact effectively and harmoniously with others, manage themselves, and work collaboratively within teams.

The workshop covered various aspects of soft skills, including teamwork, effective communication, and problem-solving. It engaged participants through interactive activities and practical scenarios that enhanced their awareness of the importance of these skills in both academic and professional settings.

After the program, Ms. Jihan also participated in several discussion sessions that addressed meaningful topics, including innovation in the workplace, real-life examples of soft skills application, managing academic stress, and understanding and regulating emotions.
