OCMT, represented by members of the Student Advisory Council, participated in the Third Arab Women Creators Forum organized by the Ministry of Social Development on Tuesday, April 29, 2024, at the Jumeirah Hotel in Al-Arfan district, under the patronage of Dr. Rahma bint Ibrahim Al-Mahrouqi, Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation. The forum coincided with the selection of Muscat as the capital of Arab women in 2024, under the theme "Towards Creativity and Innovation in the Fourth Industrial Revolution Era." The aim of the forum was to shed light on Oman's vision and achievements, attracting global attention to the Sultanate through intensive participation of Omani women at various levels. It also aimed to recognize distinguished Arab women both domestically and internationally through the exchange of experiences. The forum included two dialogue sessions on the topics of creativity and innovation. The first session showcased the success story of the academic Naela bint Hamad Al-Maamari, while the second session highlighted the success story of Razan bint Hamad Al-Kalbani, an electrical engineer at Oman Oil Development Company. In conclusion, several prominent figures in the Arab world were honored.
