Your grade in every course is calculated out of 100 from coursework and the final examination. Assessment methods and weights are stated in the course specification and shared at the start of the semester.

تُحتسب علامتك في كل مساق من 100 من أعمال الفصل والامتحان النهائي. وتُحدَّد طرق التقييم وأوزانها في وصف المساق وتُبلَّغ للطلبة في بداية الفصل.

Key Examination Rules

أبرز أحكام الامتحانات

    Course grade

    Each course is marked out of 100 across at least three components. The final examination carries up to 50% of the grade.

    علامة المساق

    يُقيَّم كل مساق من 100 موزعة على ثلاثة مكونات على الأقل، ويُخصَّص للامتحان النهائي ما يصل إلى 50٪ من العلامة.

    Coursework examination

    At least one written examination, announced one week ahead and held by the end of week 8 (week 4 in Summer). The midterm carries up to 40% and normally lasts one hour.

    امتحان أعمال الفصل

    امتحان تحريري واحد على الأقل يُعلن عنه قبل أسبوع ويُعقد بنهاية الأسبوع الثامن (الرابع في الفصل الصيفي). ويبلغ وزن الامتحان النصفي حتى 40٪ ومدته عادة ساعة واحدة.

    Final examination

    Held once at the end of the semester, written, covering the whole course, for 2 hours, on campus or online as approved. The timetable is issued through official College channels.

    الامتحان النهائي

    يُعقد مرة واحدة في نهاية الفصل، تحريري ويشمل المساق كاملاً ومدته ساعتان، في الحرم أو عن بُعد حسب الاعتماد. ويصدر الجدول عبر القنوات الرسمية للكلية.

    Feedback and scripts

    Graded written coursework exams are returned within one week; other assessments receive feedback within two weeks. Final exam scripts are not returned.

    التغذية الراجعة والأوراق

    تُعاد أوراق امتحانات أعمال الفصل التحريرية المصححة خلال أسبوع، وتُقدَّم التغذية الراجعة للتقييمات الأخرى خلال أسبوعين. ولا تُعاد أوراق الامتحان النهائي.

    Results

    Grades are entered within 72 business hours of the final exam. Only the Admission and Registration Department announces approved results, through the College’s official systems.

    النتائج

    تُدخل العلامات خلال 72 ساعة عمل من الامتحان النهائي. ولا يعلن النتائج المعتمدة إلا قسم القبول والتسجيل عبر أنظمة الكلية الرسمية.

    Pass mark and repeating

    The pass mark is 50%. Only a course marked below 60% may be repeated, and the highest grade counts in your cumulative average.

    علامة النجاح والإعادة

    علامة النجاح 50٪. ولا يجوز إعادة إلا المساق الذي تقل علامته عن 60٪، وتُحتسب أعلى علامة في المعدل التراكمي.

Academic Integrity Policy

All examinations follow the College’s academic-integrity and disciplinary rules. Suspected misconduct is reported and handled under that Policy.

سياسة النزاهة الأكاديمية

تخضع جميع الامتحانات لقواعد النزاهة الأكاديمية والانضباط في الكلية، ويُبلَّغ عن أي اشتباه بمخالفة ويُتعامل معه وفق السياسة.
