Oman College of Management and Technology (OCMT) was established in 2004 as a private college. Its mission is that it strives to provide the local community an environment which is conducive for effective teaching–learning process by well qualified professionals supported by latest technological facilities. We also seek to provide the society, graduates who exhibit sound knowledge and skills required to meet the challenges of a dynamic modern society. OCMT vision is that it aspires to become a leading institution of higher education nationally and regionally, where quality and excellence are maintained in line with international standards, to produce top caliber graduates with knowledge, skills and attitude.
About The Conference
NCDETA-2023 Conference is a forum to bring together scientists and experts both in the academia and industry fields to discuss the recent trends and applications of Digital Economy. The conference maintains high-quality research by multiple blind reviewing processes which are done by experts in the fields of the conference and from various academic institutions. Conference collaborated with journal International Journal of Engineering Research and Technology – IJERT - for publication of conference proceedings. Authors are expected to consider the following points when they submit their work:
• The manuscript should be in word format (.DOC, or .DOCX) and follows the IEEE standards available online at This Link.
• References citations should follow IEEE format.
• The paper should not exceed 7 A4 pages including references and appendices.
• All accepted (also must have been presented) full papers will be published by (will be updated soon).
Reviewing Process
All submitted papers shall be tested against plagiarism and any paper with plagiarism ratio above 15 per cent shall be returned to the author for revision. After this phase, papers shall be reviewed by multiple reviewers who have expertise in the concerned field. The final decision shall be taken by the Technical Programme Committee based on the feedback from the reviewers. The final decision can be one of the following:
• Accepted without change,
• Accepted with Minor changes,
• Accepted with Major changes,
• Rejected
In the first case, no actions are needed to be taken by the author, while in the second and third cases, a list of reviewers’ comments shall be sent to the author to correct the manuscript accordingly.
