لجنة دعم الخَدَمات الأكاديمية
اختصاصات اللجنة
تكون اللجنة في الهيكل التنظيمي للكلية تابعة للجنة الشؤون الأكاديمية. حيث تُعْنَى بالتخطيط لجميع الأنشطة ذات الصلة بخدمات الدعم الأكاديمي بهدف تعزيز العملية الأكاديمية وإثراء مخرجاتها. كما تسعى اللجنة إلى تأكيد وتفعيل الدور الذي تقدمه المكتبة، وقسم الدعم الفني في العملية الأكاديمية في الكلية والموجهة تحديد إلى طلبة الكلية. كما تقدم اللجنة دورا مساعدا وتنسيقيا في تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء المؤسسي الرئيسية المتعلقة بخدمات الدعم الأكاديمي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
Plan for the Academic Support Services in coordination with other departments, units, and offices in the college;
التأكد من أن خدمات الدعم الأكاديمي تتماشى مع المعايير الوطنية والدولية.
تقديم خدمات التدريب للطلاب في الموضوعات ذات الصلة، مثل فهارس المكتبات، والمكتبة الإلكترونية، وخدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات، واللغة الإنجليزية ... إلخ.
متابعة تنفيذ خطة اللجنة.
الإشراف على عمليات تدريس الأقران.
متابعة إجراءات و عمليات الإرشاد الأكاديمي.
